Managed AI operations, run from Malaysia

Monitoring, incident response, patching, capacity reviews and vendor coordination for AI infrastructure — under a support model you can audit.

Solution · Managed Operations

Operations is a control, not a helpdesk

A GPU cluster is a living system: firmware drifts, drivers change, nodes fail and utilisation moves. Managed operations gives you a named team, a defined coverage window and an evidence trail, without pretending that every incident has the same urgency.

Infrastructure does not stay sovereign because it was installed once. It stays sovereign when the people operating it, the logs it produces and the escalation path it follows are all in-country and accountable.

  • A named operations owner and a documented escalation path.
  • Monitoring and alerting across GPU, network, storage and platform health.
  • Patch, firmware and driver baselines with agreed change windows.
  • Incident records, root-cause notes and scheduled service reviews.

Capabilities

What the operations engagement covers

The run-and-operate work that keeps an AI environment healthy after commissioning.

01

Monitoring and alerting

GPU health, temperature, memory, network and storage signals collected into an alerting model tied to your escalation path.

02

Incident response

A named on-call path, triage procedure and communication cadence for outages and degraded service.

03

Patch and firmware management

Driver, firmware and platform updates tested against a baseline and applied in agreed change windows.

04

Capacity and utilisation review

Regular reviews of GPU utilisation, queue pressure and growth against the capacity plan.

05

Vendor and RMA coordination

Vendor cases, replacement logistics and on-site intervention coordinated under the support model.

06

Evidence and reporting

Incident records, change history and service reviews retained for internal audit or regulator review.

Process

How operations are taken on

An onboarding path that establishes the baseline before anyone is on call.

  1. 01

    Onboard

Inventory the hardware, software, network and existing support arrangements.

  2. 02

    Baseline

Record the known-good configuration, monitoring coverage and open risks.

  3. 03

    Monitor

Connect alerts and dashboards, define thresholds and confirm the escalation path.

  4. 04

    Respond

Run incidents against the agreed severity model and communication cadence.

  5. 05

    Review

Hold scheduled service reviews covering incidents, capacity, changes and open actions.

Use cases

Where managed operations fits

Environments that need a named operating team without handing over ownership.

Private GPU clusters

Keep the cluster owned by your institution while a local team handles day-to-day operations.

Colocated hardware

Add remote hands and incident coordination to a colocation engagement.

Sovereign cloud tenancy

Operate the platform layer while your team focuses on models and applications.

Hybrid estates

Use one operating model across private GPUs, colocated hardware and sovereign cloud capacity.

Controls

Sovereignty controls

Controls that keep operations, access and evidence inside Malaysian jurisdiction.

In-country operations

The operating team and support escalation path are based in Malaysia.

Scoped access

Administrative access is role-based, time-bound where possible, logged and revocable.

Audit evidence

Incident, change and access records are retained and exportable to your SIEM or auditor.

PDPA 2010 alignment

Access, retention and deletion procedures are mapped to Akta 709 obligations.

FAQ

Questions about managed operations

Is support available 24/7?
Coverage windows, response targets and escalation paths are agreed in the contract. We do not publish a universal 24/7 promise; the support schedule states exactly what is covered.
Can you take over an environment you did not build?
Yes. We start with an onboarding assessment covering hardware, software, network, monitoring and existing support arrangements. Remediation work is scoped separately if the environment is not ready for operations.
Who owns the root cause?
We run the incident and coordinate vendors and facility teams. The contract assigns accountability for each layer, including cases where the root cause sits with a hardware vendor or another provider.
Can we keep our own team involved?
Yes. We can operate as a co-managed service with a responsibility matrix that names who owns each task, so your team keeps the capabilities it wants to retain.
Where is the operations team?
In Malaysia. Remote support is the default; physical intervention is coordinated with the facility operator or your on-site team.
