Bijak Cloud provides a Sovereign AI cloud platform for compute, storage, inference, retrieval, and supporting services. The platform is operated exclusively inside Malaysian data centres under Malaysian jurisdiction.

Last updated December 17, 2024. These terms govern access to and use of the Bijak Cloud platform.
Bijak Cloud provides a Sovereign AI cloud platform for compute, storage, inference, retrieval, and supporting services. The platform is operated exclusively inside Malaysian data centres under Malaysian jurisdiction.
The Sovereign tier carries a contractual monthly uptime SLA of 99.95%, measured and reported per the schedule attached to your Master Service Agreement. The Business tier carries a 99.9% SLA. The Starter tier carries a best-efforts SLA without contractual uptime credits.
SLA credits are calculated as a percentage of the monthly contract value and applied as a credit against the next invoice. Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for SLA non-conformance.
Customer data stays inside Malaysian data centres. Bijak Cloud will not transfer, replicate, or process customer data outside Malaysia without the customer's prior written instruction.
Customers must not use the platform for unlawful, harmful, or regulated content that exceeds their permitted use case. Bijak Cloud may suspend service to investigate credible reports of misuse.
Bijak Cloud maintains ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II certifications and aligns with PDPA 2010 and POCA-aligned controls. The full security posture is documented on the Trust Center (security.astro).
On termination, customers have 30 days to export their data in open formats documented in the offboarding runbook. After 30 days, Bijak Cloud will delete customer data and certify deletion in writing.
Liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, indemnification obligations, and wilful misconduct, which are uncapped.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
