Solution · GPU Colocation

Your hardware, an AI-grade envelope

General-purpose colocation is priced around space. Dense GPU racks are constrained by power distribution, heat rejection, cabling and east-west network traffic long before floor space runs out. We start from the node profile and the workload, then confirm what the facility can actually support.

Colocation is not a rack rental. For GPU workloads it is a power, heat and network design problem. We assess the facility, define the rack envelope and stay accountable for the environment around your hardware.

  • Hardware and workload assessment before a commercial commitment.
  • Rack, power, cooling and cabling designed around your GPU nodes.
  • Private network paths and controlled physical access.
  • Optional remote hands, RMA coordination and lifecycle operations.

Capabilities

What the colocation engagement covers

The facility, rack and network work required before your hardware can run production workloads.

01

Hardware and workload assessment

Node model, GPU count, power draw, cooling requirement and growth plan documented before rack space is proposed.

02

Rack and power design

Rack elevation, power distribution, redundancy and cabling designed around the hardware you intend to install.

03

Cooling validation

Air or liquid cooling options assessed against the node heat load and the facility’s actual capacity.

04

Network and interconnect

Private connectivity, management network and east-west fabric planned for training and inference traffic.

05

Physical security

Access control, visitor handling, CCTV coverage and hardware chain-of-custody reviewed with the facility operator.

06

Remote hands and RMA

Optional on-site assistance, vendor case coordination and replacement logistics under an agreed support model.

Process

How hardware lands in the facility

A gated path from hardware assessment to an operating colocation environment.

  1. 01

    Assess

Review the hardware profile, workload, power draw and growth assumptions.

  2. 02

    Select

Match the requirement to an in-country facility with the right power, cooling and security envelope.

  3. 03

    Design

Produce the rack, power, cooling, cabling and network design, including failure domains.

  4. 04

    Commission

Install, cable, power on and validate the environment against agreed acceptance criteria.

  5. 05

    Operate

Your team runs the hardware, or Bijak Cloud provides remote hands and lifecycle operations.

Use cases

When colocation is the right fit

Patterns where owning the hardware matters, but owning the building does not.

Existing GPU fleet

Move an owned GPU fleet into an AI-ready facility without a hardware refresh.

Data-gravity workloads

Keep large training corpora and model artefacts close to the compute that uses them.

Controlled deployments

Retain hardware ownership and administrative control while using a professionally operated facility.

Hybrid estates

Colocate the sensitive tier and connect it privately to sovereign cloud capacity for burst work.

Controls

Sovereignty controls

Controls that keep customer-owned hardware and data under Malaysian jurisdiction.

In-country facility

Hardware is installed in Malaysia; cross-border access or replication requires written authorisation.

Customer-held control

You retain administrative control of the hardware, firmware, encryption keys and model artefacts.

Access evidence

Physical access and change activity are logged and available for your audit process.

PDPA 2010 alignment

Access, retention and deletion procedures are mapped to Akta 709 obligations.

FAQ

Questions about GPU colocation

Do you own the facilities?
We work with in-country facility partners and operate the environment around your hardware. The contract names the site, the power and cooling envelope, access rules and the responsibilities of each party.
Can we move an existing GPU fleet?
Yes, subject to a hardware assessment. We review node condition, firmware, power draw and cooling requirements before proposing a rack design. Hardware that cannot meet the facility envelope is identified before installation.
Who handles hardware failures?
Your hardware warranty and vendor relationship remain yours. If the engagement includes operations, we coordinate the vendor case, replacement logistics and the on-site work needed to restore the node.
Is liquid cooling available?
It depends on the facility and the node profile. We assess air and liquid cooling options per site and document the achievable envelope rather than promising a universal configuration.
What physical access do we get?
Access is role-based, logged and tied to a change or support ticket. Visitor and escort rules are set by the facility operator and written into the engagement.
