Sovereign AI
What is Sovereign AI?
Sovereign AI is artificial intelligence built and operated under the legal jurisdiction of a single country. For Malaysia that means all data, models, and inference stay inside Malaysian data centres, governed by Malaysian law and Malaysian-only operators.
Why does sovereignty matter for AI workloads?
Regulated industries — banking, healthcare, government — face strict rules about where data can live and who can access it. Sovereign AI removes the residency question from your procurement checklist and replaces it with a contractual guarantee.
Do you offer Bahasa Melayu first-class support?
Yes. Tokenizers, embeddings, BM-aware RAG, and full Bahasa Melayu UI surfaces are first-class features, not afterthoughts.
Data Residency
Where does my data live?
Every byte — prompts, embeddings, model weights, audit logs, backups — stays inside Malaysian data centres in Cyberjaya and Iskandar Puteri. There is no out-of-country replication.
Can I choose which data centre runs my workload?
Yes. You can pin a deployment to a single data centre, or use the secondary as a synchronous disaster-recovery region. Both regions are inside Malaysia.
What about egress to other clouds?
You can egress anywhere you choose via standard internet egress, but no data leaves our infrastructure without an explicit action you initiate. There is no hidden replication.
Compliance
Are you PDPA-aligned?
Yes. The platform is aligned with PDPA 2010 by construction, with contractual data-residency guarantees, audit log export, and data-subject access request tooling.
Are you ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certified?
Yes — ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II. Reports are available under NDA on request via security@bijakcloud.example.
Pricing
How is pricing structured?
Three tiers — Starter, Business, Sovereign — sized to your workload. No public list price; every contract is sized to your compute, storage, inference, and SLA.
Is there a free tier?
Starter includes a 30-day evaluation with a clear exit path and full data export. It is not a perpetual free tier.
Onboarding
How long does onboarding take?
Pilot deployments land inside a week. Sovereign single-tenant deployments typically cut over in eight to twelve weeks including compliance review.
Do you provide migration support?
Yes — a named migration squad (solution architect, data engineer, security engineer) runs your first workload end-to-end.
Integration
Which enterprise systems do you integrate with?

Exit strategy
How do I leave if the partnership ends?
We provide a full data export in open formats, a documented offboarding runbook, and a 30-day post-termination support window. Your data is yours.
